Physical Education

In our Elementary School Physical Education program we focus on a variety of movement and lifetime activities for all grade levels, increasing the skill levels from Kindergarten thru 5th grade. We do anywhere from 10-16 and more different activities throughout the year. Activities range from individual skills and sports activities to team and team building activities. Activities include soccer, football, physical fitness challenge, juggling, jump ropes and speed-stacking, gymnastics, archery, basketball, volleyball, floor hockey, tennis, golf, fencing, track and field with a field day for primary and secondary grade levels at the end of the year. There are, as well, a wide variety of other activities that we do to give all the kids as many Physical Education experiences as possible. Feel free to stop by when you have a chance to see what we do in the area of Physical Education at Manitou Elementary School.
