2022-2023 MSES Preschool Application

2022-2023 MSES Preschool Application
We will begin accepting applications early March for our 3,4,5-year-old
multi-age preschool for the 2022-2023 school year.

MSES Preschool Application & Enrollment Process

Enrollment
We have a limited capacity in our preschool classes. Positions are filled first by in-district children, prioritizing children with special needs and those who qualify for the Colorado Preschool Program, along with considerations such as balancing girl/boy ratio, age ratio, risk factors, etc. There is no enrollment guarantee, as preschool is currently an optional program.
Out-of-district applicants will be placed on a waiting list and notified in August if space
is available.

An AM and PM class are available.

Application
To be considered for the program, please complete the online MSSD14 New Student Preschool Registration. The New Student Registration Portal will be available beginning in early March.

Completion of the New Student Preschool Registration does not guarantee enrollment.

Tuition and Payment
Monthly tuition for tuition-paying families is $220.00 per month, and is payable at the beginning of each month, September through May. There is no tuition for children with active Individual Education Programs.

The Colorado Preschool Program
The Colorado Preschool Program (CPP) provides free tuition to families with qualifying factors. Please talk to Julie Lavigne ([email protected]) if you are interested in this program.

Please note: Proposition EE was approved by voters in November 2020, meaning that the re-imagined universal and targeted preschool program will begin in fall 2023. In other words, we will continue to provide preschool “as normal” until that time targeting (or prioritizing) those families that qualify for Colorado Preschool Program and Preschool Special Education.
