Hello Parents and Friends of Manitou Springs Elementary!

It’s an honor to serve as the Principal of Manitou Springs Elementary School. I’m thrilled to be part of this vibrant learning community and to work alongside such a dedicated team of educators, families, and students.

I’ve spent the past 23 years in education throughout the Pikes Peak region—as a classroom teacher (grades 3–6), instructional coach, teacher leader, assistant principal, and principal in four different Pike's Peak school districts. My husband Dan and I have lived in downtown Colorado Springs for two decades, where we enjoy hiking, being outdoors, and spending time with our grown children and grandchildren.

I’m passionate about creating a positive, inclusive school environment where every student feels seen, supported, and inspired to thrive. I believe deeply in the power of strong school-family partnerships and value open, honest communication. Together, we can cultivate joyful, challenging learning experiences and celebrate the unique strengths each child brings to our school community.
