Hello Parents and Friends of Manitou Elementary!
I am honored and excited to introduce myself as the new Principal of Manitou Elementary. I’m thrilled to join this vibrant school community and work with such a dedicated team of educators, parents, and students.

A little about me: I have been an educator in the Pikes Peak region for 22 years, serving as an elementary classroom teacher (3rd-6th grades), teacher leader, instructional coach, assistant principal, and principal. My husband Dan and I have lived in downtown Colorado Springs for 20 years and enjoy hiking and spending time with our grown kids and grandkids. I am passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and empowered.

I believe in strong partnerships between home and school, and I am committed to open communication and collaboration with you.
